If you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact us in advance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-097bd8b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"097bd8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RATES AND condiTIONS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-570a557 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"570a557\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Listed rates are per night for a double room and include VAT. The rates can vary. The maximum number of people in a room is 3 adults.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For children until 3 years of age there is a \u20ac 10 extra charge per night. From age 4 and above, the extra charge starts at \u20ac 60 per night, depending on the season.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pets are welcome only under previous agreement and with an extra charge that depends on the length of the stay and on dog size.<\/p>\n<p>The booking is effective from the date of receipt of a 50% down payment on the total price. Payment is to be made via bank transfer. The balance must be paid 3 weeks before check-in via bank transfer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4867e74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4867e74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation policy, no-show and refund of sums paid<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7aa6e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a7aa6e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Customers that wish to cancel a booking must contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation made 40 days or more before the date of arrival: full refund of the sums received minus a 40\u20ac administration fee.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation made between 40 and 20 days before the date of arrival: refund of 50% of the sums received minus a 40\u20ac administration fee.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation made 20 days or less before the arrival date: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guests who do not show up for any reason will forfeit the deposit paid and the full amount of the reservation is due and will be charged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6aea4b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6aea4b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-df20c5e );font-family: var( --e-global-typography-primary-font-family ), Sans-serif;background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5)\">ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1634232 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1634232\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>CHECK IN<\/b>: from 4 to 7 pm. After 7 pm, a service fee of 15\u20ac will be charged.<br \/><b>CHECK OUT:<\/b> before 10.30 am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served with room service and it is possible to choose sweet and\/or savoury products, home made or purchased from selected local producers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a9c78f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a9c78f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ROOM CLEANING AND CHANGE OF LINEN <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f7977a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f7977a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Room cleaning and towel change are scheduled every 3 days provided the room can be accessed by 10:30 a.m. Daily towel change will be charged at an extra fee of \u20ac 20. Change of bed sheets every 5 days, or upon request at an extra charge of \u20ac 30.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a14c88d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a14c88d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancellation on our part<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2b9f0f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d2b9f0f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the rare event that we must cancel your booking, please note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a21a79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a21a79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Damage and lost items<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af9f700 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af9f700\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We reserve the right to charge the booking party for any damage caused during the stay. This includes breakage, stains, damage to furniture or facilities and equipment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible to minimize the damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.<\/p><p>Any items lost or forgotten by guests during a stay, if found, will be retained for a period of one month.
