Matched with our project of human-scale farming, the Osteria di Sikal\u00ecndi<\/em> connects community and emotions. It is a place where food is a socially-shared pleasure and the table becomes a metaphor for life.<\/p>

To connect food with the culture of the region, revalue the local identity all too often lost to globalization, restore social bonds, and spread a culture of taste and savoir-vivre through authentic food.<\/p>

This is how the desire begins to communicate our gastronomic identity based on local raw materials, those of an inland characterized by small taste districts able to reveal a surprizing gastronomic experience.<\/p>

The vegetable garden of Sikal\u00ecndi<\/em> offers daily produce, to which we match a selection of local, seasonal, fresh ingredients that maintain a healthy relation with the region and offer traditional surf and turf dishes from Apulia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
