We like to start with the offerings of the soil, by retrieving traditional tastes to convey the story of our territory with awareness. This is what inspires the cuisine of Sikalìndi.

The vegetable garden of Sikalìndi offers daily produce, to which we match a selection of local, seasonal, fresh ingredients that maintain a healthy relation with the region and offer traditional surf and turf dishes from Apulia.
