Rites of passage between two seas


By booking a stay with us you and the person(s) accompanying agree to the following terms and conditions. During your stay, you agree to abide by the conditions set out below. If you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact us in advance.


Listed rates are per night for a double room and include VAT. The rates can vary. The maximum number of people in a room is 3. 

For children until 3 years of age there is a € 10 extra charge per night. From age 4 and above, the extra charge starts at € 60 per night, depending on the season. 

Pets are welcome only under previous agreement and with an extra charge that depends on the length of the stay.

The booking is effective from the date of receipt of a 30% down payment on the total price. Payment is to be made via bank transfer. The balance must be paid one week before check-in via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy, no-show and refund of sums paid

Customers that wish to cancel a booking must contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before the date of arrival: full refund of the sums received minus a 40€ administration fee.
  • Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival: refund of 50% of the sums received minus a 40€ administration fee.
  • Cancellation made 14 days or less before the arrival date: no refund.

Guests who do not show up for any reason will forfeit the deposit paid and the full amount of the reservation is due and will be charged.


CHECK IN: from 3 to 7 pm. After 7 pm, a service fee of 20€ will be charged.
CHECK OUT: before 10.30 am on the day of departure. After 10:30 am a service fee of 20€ will be charged..


It is possible to request breakfast from 8:30 to 10.30 a.m. on the day before and with a € 10 supplement per person. Breakfast is served with room service and it is possible to choose sweet and/or savoury products, home made or purchased from selected local producers.


Room cleaning is scheduled every two days provided the room can be accessed by 10:30 a.m., change of towels every 3 days. Daily towel change will be charged at an extra fee of € 20. Change of bed sheets every 4 days, or upon request at an extra charge of € 30.

Cancellation on our part

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking, please note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

Damage and lost items

We reserve the right to charge the booking party for any damage caused during the stay. This includes breakage, stains, damage to furniture or facilities and equipment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible to minimize the damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.

Any items lost or forgotten by guests during a stay, if found, will be retained for a period of one month. Although we will do our best to return lost items to their owners, we do not accept responsibility for replacing lost items and we encourage guests to ensure they have all their items before leaving the Sikalìndi.
